Tezpur University invited the eligible candidates to the to the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination 2024 conducted by the Board/Council of the Northeastern States for direct admission to the (i) B.Tech. and (ii) Integrated Programs for the academic sessions 2024-25.
Eligibility Criteria
1. For the B. Tech. program: at least 85% of marks in aggregate with any of the top 5 (five) positions in the Higher Secondary (10+2) examinations. However, counseling and admission will be made on the basis of the CRL rank of the JEE (main) of the candidate and not on the basis of the rank 10+2 examination.
2. For the integrated program: at least 85% marks in aggregate with any of the top five positions in the higher secondary (10+2) examinations.
Names of the programs:
(1) B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Food Engineering & Technology/Electrical Engineering.
(2) Integrated B.Sc. B.Ed. (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
(3) Integrated M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Life Science (with a provision of lateral exit as per NEP-2020).
(4) Integrated M.A. in English (with a provision of lateral exit as per NEP-2020).
(5) Integrated M.Com. (with a provision of lateral exit as per NEP-2020).
