Yes, the Date of Written Examination for the Post of Junior Assistants, Librarian & Audio Visual Operator under the Assam Administrative Staff College as per advertisement issued has been fixed on Sunday the 10th June 2018. The Good news is the Centre of the Written Examination is in Guwahati.

You can can find out the Venue in their E-Admit Card/ Admit Card which download link is shared at the bottom. Although, the hard copy of Admit Card for the written exam has already been dispatched by post.

AAS College: Written Examination Details

Here is the quick and short details of the Written Examination, which I think will be helpful for you-

Junior Assistant:

Total Marks: 100 marks
Type of Paper: MCQs Based (Answer sheet OMR based)
Total Number of Questions: Total 100 questions and each question will be of 1 (one) mark.
Duration of Exam: 2 (two) hours.

Note that the Candidates will have to use Black ball pen to answer the OMR based answer sheet. After the written examination there will be a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) of 25 marks for shortlisted candidates at ratio 4:1

Librarian:

Total Marks: 100 marks
Type of Paper: MCQs Based (Answer sheet OMR based)
Total Number of Questions: Total 100 questions and each question will be of 1 (one) mark.
Duration of Exam: 2 (two) hours.

Audio Visual Operator:

How to download the Admit Card?

As I said above the hard copy of Admit Card has already been sent by post. But in case you didn’t receive the admit card or lost the admit card you can download the e-admit card (link is below). The official website to download the e-Admit card is  aasc.assam.gov.in.

However, there is a List of the Accepted and rejected candidates, so check the reject list if you could not download the admit card.
