Gauhati High Court or GHC Law Research Institute invites application for filling up of 04 (four) posts of Research Associates in the establishment of the LRI, for a project entitled “Documentation of Customary Laws of the North Eastern Region, India” under the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Humanities or Bachelor Degree in Humanities with L.L.B.
Desirable Qualification: Field-based research experience on ethnic groups of North East India,
Preference: Members belonging to tribes like Rabha, Bodo, Tiwa, Zeme Naga of Assam, Nyishi of Arunachal Pradesh, Halam of Tripura, will be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs. 25000/- per month (consolidated)
Appointment Period: The appointment is purely temporary and for six months.
Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified and called for Interviews. No TA & DA will be provided to the candidate for appearing in the Interview.
