  • If the original document is lost, scanned copy of the police report has to be uploaded.
  • If the original document is damaged, scanned copy of the damaged documents has to be uploaded.
  • Applicants, who choose to pay via challan mode, have to report with the paid challan copy and Application receipt Number (ARN) at SEBA counter to process their request and obtain the money receipt.

How to Submit an Online Application form for SEBA Duplicate of Documents?

As I told you earlier, that the complete process has been starting online. You have to fill the form above-mentioned. Let me talk how to

  • First, you have to visit here
  • Next, select “DUPLICATE” Option from Right Hand.
  • Next, a form will be displayed in your screen, Fill the carefully (as per required details) {Registration Number is compulsory}
  • Upload a scanned copy [POLICE REPORT OR DAMAGE DOCUMENT]
  • Select which document you want to be a Duplicate Document.
  • Enter a Valid Mobile Number {For OTP}
  • Enter CAPTCHA [Google Robot Vertification]
  • And Hit Proceed to Payment Option. And Pay the fee as per your document.

After successful payment, An Acknowledgement receipt will have appeared on your computer screen. Download the receipt and keep it safe for future reference.

Also, you will get an ARN (Acknowledge Receipt Number) as SMS in your provided mobile number. Keep this ARN safe to check your application status online.

    • I have seen the Correction form but I have a doubt. Suppose there is a spelling mistake in my father’s name. So which spelling should I write in Question no.2, the correct one or the wrong one which is written in the admit card
